Each experience will include a scientifically based backbone, and customized component based on your goals, wants, and needs as well as taking into consideration past exercise history. The Anda Spa Fitness experience is all encompassing, from proper fuel, to safe and effective workouts, to post workout recovery. It is a safe and healthy environment that you'll soon consider your home away from home.
